Annual report 2022

The revenue consists of 3.6 billion from toll stations income and 0.4 billion in government subsidies and other operating revenues.

Operating income were reduced by NOK 48 million from 2021 to 2022, and operating expenses per passage were NOK 0.85 in 2022 compared to NOK 1.09 the previous year.

At the turn end of the year, Ferde had 16 active toll projects with collections. The income is spent to finance toll projects in the counties Agder, Rogaland and Vestland.

Operating expenses, excluding depreciation, were 6.5 per cent of revenues from toll station passages. This is a decrease from 8.5 per cent in 2021, a development the company is very pleased with.

Green framework - new report

Ferde has also published a report in accordance with the green framework. Ferde is a significant player in the Norwegian market for issuing green bonds with a total of outstanding green bonds of 5.6 billion as at 31/12/2022.
