Ryfast

On 08.02.24 at 12 noon the toll rates at the tollstations for rv. 13 Ryfast will change with 10 percent instead of 15 percent (ref. previous rate change made 03.05.23).

At the same time, the discount for zero-emission vehicles in rate group 1 is reduced from 50 to 30 percent after the tag discount. Other discount and exemption apply as before.

Rates are adjusted on the basis of the decisions made by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration on 03.01.24.

Rate group 1 is vehicles with a permissible total weight up to and including 3,500 kg, as well as vehicles in vehicle category M1 with an electronic tag and a valid agreement.
Rate group 2 is vehicles with a permissible total weight from and including 3501 kg, excl. vehicle in vehicle category M1 with an electronic tag and a valid agreement.

Discount and exemption apply as before.

The case has gone through appeals processing and the rate approval cannot be made the subject of further appeals, cf. section 28 third paragraph of the Public Administration Act.

Saken har vært gjennom klagebehandling og takstvedtaket kan ikke gjøres til gjenstand for ytterligere klage, jf. forvaltningslovens §28 tredje ledd.
