Haugesund and mainland Karmøy

There will be two-way toll collection at 11 toll stations:

Fv. 47 Tittelsnesvegen, Fv. 4862 Skeisvollsvegen, Fv. 4856 Skjoldavegen, Fv. 4852 Salhusvegen, Fv. 47 Karmsundgata, Fv. 4802 Spannavegen/Hemmingstad, E134 Ørpetveit, E134 Nordheim, Fv. 4802 Spannavegen/Spannakalven, Fv. 554 T-forbindelsen, and Fv. 4848 Vormedalsvegen.

With the hourly rate, this means that you only pay for one passage if the same vehicle passes several toll stations in the same toll project within 60 minutes.

There is no requirement for an AutoPASS user agreement in order to get the hourly rule.

Persons with reduced mobility who have a valid parking permit from the municipality are entitled to exemption from tolls in connection with urban areas.

If you have a valid AutoPass agreement, you can connect your parking permit to you agreement to obtain an exemption in toll stations connected to Haugesund and mainland Karmøy.

Zero-emission vehicles include electric and hydrogen vehicles in rate groups 1 and 2. To receive discounts or exemptions, these vehicles must have a valid AutoPASS agreement and tag.

Zero-emission vehicles in rate group 1 must pay tolls at a reduced rate corresponding to either 50 or 70 percent of the standard rate after the AutoPASS discount. The exact discount depends on political decisions for each toll project. Zero-emission vehicles in rate group 2 are, for the time being, exempt from toll payments.

In the Haugesund region, the toll rate for zero-emission vehicles in rate group 1 is set at 70 percent of the ordinary rate after the AutoPASS discount.
