Monthly maximum rate Rv. 13 Ryfylke tunnel
With a valid AutoPass agreement and a tag connected to your vehicle, you will not be charged more than 40 passings in Ryfast. This applies per calendar month and per vehicle/tag for both rate group 1 and 2.
Monthly maximum rate for the Hundvåg tunnel and Nord Jæren
With a valid AutoPass agreement and a tag connected to your vehicle, you will not be charged more than 75 passings in Nord Jæren and the Hundvåg tunnel combined. This applies per calendar month and per vehicle/tag for rate group 1.
Rate group 2 does not have a monthly maximum rate in Rv.13 Hundvåg tunnel.
Hourly rate for the Hundvåg tunnel and Nord Jæren
With the hourly rate, this means that you only pay for one passage if the same vehicle passes several toll stations in the same toll project within 60 minutes.
It is the first pass that will be charged.
From 01.09.23, there is no requirement for an AutoPASS user agreement to get the hourly rate in the Hundvågtunnel and Bypakke Nord Jæren.
The hourly rate does not apply for Rv.13 Ryfylketunnelen.
Zero-emission vehicles
Zero-emission vehicles are defined as electric vehicles and hydrogen vehicles in rate group 1 and rate group 2. To obtain discount or, in some cases, an exemption there must be a valid AutoPass agreement connected to the vehicle. Zero-emission vehicles in rate group 1 will be charged toll rates that corresponds to 50% of ordinary rates after the discount is added. There will be no charge for passings with zero-emission vehicles in rate group 2 for the time being.

The Ryfylke tunnel opened on December 30. 2019 and on April 30. 2020, the Hundvåg tunnel and the Eiganes tunnel opened.
The goal of the project has been a mainland connection between Ryfylke and Nord-Jæren, as well as a new mainland connection between Hundvåg and Stavanger city center. The Eiganes tunnel is part of the E39 Coastal road between Kristiansand and Trondheim.
