Ferde AS, rated AA+ (Stable) by Scope Ratings, issued a bond with a coupon of 3m Nibor + 0.303 % p.a.
The funds will support refinancing efforts for the Ryfast project investments. Both Rogaland County Municipality and the City of Stavanger are providing guarantees (selvskyldnergaranti) for the offering, each holding AAA (Stable) ratings. The bond itself is anticipated to receive an AAA (Stable) rating.
Settlement occurred on November 27, 2025, with listing applications submitted to Nordic ABM. DNB Carnegie managed the transaction.
